February is American Heart Month, the perfect time to learn about your risk for heart disease and the steps you need to take now to help your heart.

Did you know that nearly 1 in 6 adults with high blood pressure don’t know they have it? High blood pressure is a major risk factor for heart disease and stroke. That’s why it’s important to get checked.

On February 12th from 10am to 2pm, stop by Stacks Co (54 E. Oakland) in Doylestown where Kylee Pedrosa, MS, RD, LDN will be providing Free Blood Pressure Screenings. The screenings will last about 15 minutes and include one-on-one health education on how you can reduce your risk factors.

Registration is not required -- just show up!

There is no cost to attend and this event is open to the public. You do not need to be a member of Stacks to attend.
