Pumpkinfest is a long-standing tradition featuring the mastery of “Artist vs Prizewinner Pumpkin.” For six hours, Master Carvers sculpt, carve, and bring to life gigantic 300 lb. prizewinning glowing masterpieces. In 2015, CB Cares EF began recruitment of the next generation of pumpkin carvers by inviting the District’s National Art Honor Society students to participate and showcase their talents in the Youth Gallery while competing for the coveted Newfield Award ribbon.

All proceeds of this annual event support the continuation of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug initiatives and programs of the CB Cares Educational Foundation.
