An Irish American musician, composer, and producer with roots in both Philadelphia and Europe, Seamus Egan brings a traditional Irish folk music experience to the Michener. Touring for the first time as The Seamus Egan Project, Egan explores the reaches of Irish musical traditions while also bringing in rich compositions and arrangements, and crafting soundscapes to enrich the melodies. He is a founding member of Solas, a wildly popular Irish band that has recorded two albums as well as a soundtrack to a film.
