VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

The Flower Committee thanks all our volunteers for the basket preparation that occurred on April 18th and April 20th.  At this time, 240 baskets are growing in the Geerlings greenhouse.  Our next need for volunteers is Saturday, May 20th at 9:00 am when our volunteers will work with Doylestown Borough staff to transport the baskets from Geerlings to the Borough for hanging on our streetlights.

If you want to volunteer on the 20th, plan to meet at Starbucks at 9:00 am.  We usually work in crews of two.  If you have a manageable 6-foot stepladder, please bring it as we only have a limited number available.  All volunteers will receive full instructions and there will be coffee and doughnuts.  With sufficient volunteers, we should be completed well before noon.
